Are you an experienced IT Project Manager with a background in delivering infrastructure or cyber security projects? We're working with a growing Managed Security Services Provider (MSSP) looking to appoint an IT Project Manager to join its Project Delivery team. This is an opportunity to lead customer-facing technology projects across networking, infrastructure and cyber security, working with enterprise clients in a collaborative and technically focused environment.
You'll be responsible for delivering multiple concurrent projects, working closely with customers, engineers and senior stakeholders to ensure successful delivery from initiation through to completion.
What you'll be working on:
- Managed SOC implementations
- Microsoft Sentinel deployments
- Endpoint Detection & Response (EDR) projects
- Infrastructure and networking projects
- Security transformation initiatives
- Customer onboarding and service transition projects
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple customer-facing IT projects simultaneously
- Produce and maintain project plans, risks and delivery milestones
- Coordinate internal technical teams and third-party suppliers
- Build strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and to a high standard
- Drive project governance using Agile methodologies and best practice
What we're looking for:
We're keen to speak with Project Managers who have experience delivering technical projects within an MSP, MSSP or IT Services environment. You'll ideally have experience with:
- IT Infrastructure or Cyber Security project delivery
- Customer-facing stakeholder management
- Networking, cloud or security technologies
- Agile project delivery
- MS Project and Azure DevOps
- PRINCE2 methodology
- Managing multiple concurrent projects
Experience delivering projects involving Microsoft Sentinel, SIEM, SOC, Microsoft Defender, EDR, networking or managed security services is preferred.
