Digital Communications & Change Support Specialist (Initial Short Term Contract - 3 days per week)
Contract initially running to the end of June (with strong likelihood of extension). Immediate start preferred.
We’re partnering with a leading client in the FMCG and eCommerce space to find a Digital Communications & Change Support Specialist to support the adoption and engagement of key internal digital platforms. This is a hands-on delivery role focused on improving awareness, usage, and engagement of existing tools and content platforms through strong internal communications and change support.
The Role
- You’ll sit closely with Product Owners across multiple digital platforms, helping to ensure tools are properly communicated, understood, and adopted across the business.
Internal Communications & Engagement
- Build and manage a structured communications calendar across multiple platforms and stakeholders.
- Create and deliver engaging internal communications to drive awareness and adoption.
- Support Product Owners in promoting tools such as SharePoint-based ops portals, digital asset/content libraries, and virtual content tools.
- Produce newsletters, updates, “wins” communications, and ongoing engagement content.
- Manage operational comms including email reminders, nudges, and updates.
- Help increase visibility and usage of under-utilised platforms.
Change & Onboarding Support
- Support the onboarding for a pilot group.
- Coordinate training sessions, scheduling, and user engagement activity.
- Assist with presentation decks, onboarding materials, and documentation.
- Support ticket/query management during onboarding.
- Ensure users are confident and supported in adopting new tools.
About You
- Strong background in internal communications, digital adoption, or transformation support.
- Experience in FMCG and/or eCommerce environments highly desirable.
- Comfortable building structured comms plans and calendars.
- Strong content creation skills (emails, newsletters, presentations, internal updates).
- Experience supporting onboarding or training (change management exposure also desirable).
- Highly organised, delivery-focused, and confident working across multiple stakeholders.
About the Contract
- Initial contract running until end of June.
- Strong likelihood of extension depending on project needs.
- Ideally looking for someone immediately available or on short notice.
