Backed by an established international AI capability and a strong portfolio of enterprise clients, they're looking for an experienced AI Practice Lead to establish and grow their UK offering.
This isn't a role where you'll disappear into a large corporate machine.
You'll be given the autonomy to shape the practice, influence strategy, win exciting AI engagements and build a team around you, all while remaining technically credible and working alongside some incredibly experienced AI specialists.
- What you'll be doing
- Building and leading the UK AI Practice.
- Working directly with enterprise clients to understand business challenges and identify AI opportunities.
- Designing AI and Data solutions that solve real business problems.
- Leading solution architecture and providing technical oversight across client engagements.
- Collaborating with UK stakeholders and global delivery teams.
- Helping shape new AI offerings, accelerators and go-to-market propositions.
- Recruiting, mentoring and developing an AI consulting team as the practice grows.
- Remaining close enough to delivery to provide technical leadership when required.
What we're looking for
You'll likely come from a consultancy or professional services background and have progressed through Software Engineering or Solution Architecture into AI leadership.
You'll have experience across areas such as
- Enterprise AI.
- Generative AI.
- Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG).
- AI Solution Architecture.
- Data & AI Platforms.
- Cloud Technologies (Azure, AWS or GCP).
- Consulting and Solution Design.
- Technical Leadership.
