UI/UX Designer Our client is a fast-growing technology business operating in the payments and fintech infrastructure space. They build and maintain platforms that enable secure, scalable transaction processing and streamlined customer operations. The Opportunity We’re partnering with an innovative fintech company to find a hands-on UI/UX Design Engineer who can bridge the gap between design and front-end development. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building as much as designing. You’ll play a key role in shaping product usability, improving design systems, and contributing directly to the live product alongside a close-knit engineering team. Key Responsibilities Lead the UI/UX design across multiple products, with a focus on usability and consistency Develop and maintain design systems and component libraries Analyse and improve existing user journeys and workflows Collaborate closely with developers to deliver new features Contribute to front-end implementation where required Requirements Proven experience in a UI/UX, Front-End, or hybrid role Strong proficiency with tools such as Figma or Sketch Experience building or contributing to design systems Strong communication and collaboration skills Desirable Skills Experience working on complex or large-scale platforms Exposure to Golang and/or PHP Experience with TypeScript or Lit Elements Strong visual and interaction design capability
