We are looking for two experienced Senior Digital Service Owners to take strategic responsibility for the direction, delivery, and improvement of key digital service portfolios across a large, complex organisation. This is a high‑impact leadership role where you’ll define long‑term digital strategies, manage end‑to‑end service performance, and ensure consistent delivery across multiple service domains, including areas such as Cloud & Hosting, Collaboration Tools, Enterprise IT, Software Services, Engineering Platforms, and Workplace Technology.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and execution of a multi‑service digital strategy that meets both current and future business needs
  • Manage the complete lifecycle of digital services from definition and delivery to continual improvement and decommissioning
  • Collaborate with technical specialists, programme managers, and delivery teams to ensure services are high‑performing, secure, and business‑aligned
  • Oversee governance and compliance with service standards, contracts, KPIs, and SLAs
  • Act as the escalation point for operational or performance issues within your service area
  • Track, analyse, and report on service quality metrics to inform improvement initiatives
  • Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and gain buy‑in for digital transformation strategies
  • Work in an agile environment, adapting priorities and delivery plans in response to changing business requirements

Qualifications

  • Extensive experience developing and delivering digital service strategies aligned to evolving business objectives
  • Ability to bridge strategic vision with operational delivery across complex IT environments
  • Proven success managing multiple digital services throughout their lifecycle — from inception to retirement
  • Strong governance experience, ensuring adherence to SLAs, KPIs, and quality standards
  • Experience working with varied delivery models: internal teams, contract staff, and third‑party suppliers
  • Confident negotiating and managing service agreements and supplier performance
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with a focus on collaboration and stakeholder influence
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and drive outcomes in a fast‑paced, changing environment
  • Experience developing digital roadmaps and turning them into measurable business impact
  • Certifications: ITIL Level 3 (or equivalent) and experience with Agile delivery frameworks such as PMI‑ACP or Professional Scrum Master (PSM I).
