A specialist product and technology team has been engaged to support an innovative health and wellness startup building a next-generation femtech brand. The company is developing a privacy-first, personalised wellness platform designed specifically around women’s health across different life stages.

The product is being built from the ground up by a highly experienced team with a strong track record of launching and scaling meaningful technology products. This is an opportunity to join early, help define the brand, and have a genuine impact on a product designed to address a real and underserved need.

The Opportunity

• Own and shape the brand voice across content, social, and partnerships
• Build content and relationships for a product launching in 2026
• Work on a wellness platform where accuracy, trust, and privacy are core principles
• Collaborate with a small, experienced founding team
• Have significant autonomy and influence in an early-stage environment

What You’ll Be Doing

• Managing and growing the brand’s social media presence across relevant platforms
• Creating, commissioning, and publishing editorial and blog content
• Coordinating with qualified professionals to review and validate content
• Leading creator and influencer outreach, both directly and via agencies
• Developing and managing partnerships with aligned brands and organisations
• Building relationships with potential B2B partners
• Ensuring all published content meets accuracy, compliance, and quality standards
• Tracking performance across content and campaigns, using data to refine strategy

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in content management, SEO, social media, or partnerships
• Proven experience managing creator and influencer relationships
• Understanding of content review, fact-checking, and compliance processes
• Experience working with agencies and negotiating partnership agreements
• Comfortable working independently in an early-stage environment
• Genuine interest in women’s health and wellness
• Experience in health tech, femtech, or wellness brands is highly desirable
