Our Fareham based client is an expanding technology business operating in the payments and fintech infrastructure space. They are seeking a UI/UX Design Engineer to join a highly technical, developer-heavy team building a large-scale payment orchestration platform.
This role has been created to introduce stronger structure, consistency and ownership across UI and UX as the platform continues to grow.
- Own and improve the UI and UX across customer-facing applications and internal tools
- Design and maintain design systems and component libraries
- Balance design thinking with practical delivery – this is not a concept-only role
- Strong UI/UX and/or front-end working experience
- Experience building or contributing towards design systems/component libraries
- Significant experience with Figma, Sketch or similar design tools
- Exposure to Golang and/or PHP
- Experience with TypeScript or Lit Elements
