My client, a globally recognized Asset Management firm, is looking to hire an experienced Desktop Support Analyst (Office365, VIP Support, Zoom, Active Directory, Windows) to join their rapidly growing business in London. Before applying for this role, please be aware that you will be required to come into their office 5 days a week and MUST have considerable experience within a support role in a trading floor/asset/wealth management environment. As a business, they are one of the largest alternative asset managers in their industry and currently look after 915 billion in assets! They operate in private equity, real estate, public debt and equity, infrastructure, life sciences, and growth equity. They are looking for an experienced customer-facing Desktop Support Analyst (Office365, VIP Support, Zoom, Active Directory, Windows) who has previous experience working in a fast-paced financial services environment, dealing with a variety of users inclusive of executives and VIPs. The Desktop Support Analyst (Office365, VIP Support, Zoom, Active Directory, Windows) will have to be a great communicator, proactive, and have a keen eye for detail.
