We are supporting a financial services business that is based in Bracknell and looking to build out a CI function. This is a hands-on role focused on improving processes, reducing inefficiencies, and embedding a continuous improvement mindset across the organisation starting with finance and scaling wider.

Role Responsibilities

  • Set up and lead the Continuous Improvement function
  • Identify and eliminate manual processes, duplication, and inefficiencies
  • Conduct process and value chain analysis (value vs control vs waste)
  • Build and deliver a pipeline of improvement initiatives
  • Work closely with SMEs to map processes, analyze workflows, and implement improvements
