We are looking for an experienced, highly organised Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive private personal support to a busy Chief Operating Officer.
This is a varied role combining executive, personal, family, travel, and household management.
You'll be proactive, discreet, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities with exceptional attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage personal and family diaries, reminders, appointments, and key events.
- Coordinate gifts, family celebrations, children's activities, and personal administration.
- Research and book travel, accommodation, and experiences.
- Act as the main point of contact for household staff and coordinate household maintenance and suppliers.
- Support property management, including liaising with tenants and maintaining records.
- Manage vehicle servicing, insurance, and maintenance.
- Assist with executive projects and task management using tools such as Asana or Monday. com.
- Provide general administrative and office support as required.
Requirements
- Proven experience supporting C-level executives in an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant role.
- Excellent organisational, communication, and time management skills.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills and experience with Asana, Monday. com, or similar.
- Flexible approach to working hours when required.
- Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
- Fluent English and the highest level of professionalism and discretion.
