Business Analyst (Product Focused)

Location: London (Hybrid)

Salary – up to £70,000 per annum

We are partnering with a leading global payments / FinTech organisation to recruit a Business Analyst / Product Owner.

This role is internal-facing and will focus on product ownership, strategy, and capability documentation, supporting regulatory-driven changes in their payment systems.

Key Responsibilities :

• Own and prioritise product initiatives, focusing on strategy, capability definition, and business requirements
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to document capabilities, communicate requirements, and ensure alignment across the business
• Collaborate with delivery and client implementation teams to ensure product structure supports regulatory changes
• Drive strategic decision-making and shape the evolution of the product.
• Partner with internal technology teams and external partners to leverage innovation in payments and fintech
• Support quarterly business planning and product roadmap updates

Essential Skills & Experience :

• Experience in fintech or digital payments, ideally with exposure to consumer travel or high-volume payment platforms
• Strong product ownership experience with a focus on strategy and internal stakeholder engagement
• Ability to translate complex business needs into actionable product requirements
• Knowledge of regulatory change impacts on product structures and capabilities
• Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills

This is a hybrid opportunity, with travel required to our client\’s London office on a quarterly basis.
