An innovative healthcare technology company is seeking a Project Manager to lead complex implementations for enterprise clients in a SaaS environment.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering seamless customer journeys, refining processes, and driving impactful customer experiences for enterprise level clients.

This role can be performed fully remotely within the UK however you will be required to visit clients regularly

Key Responsibilities

  • Project management: Lead implementation projects for large-scale customers, ensuring smooth transitions from sale to go-live. Manage detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones while keeping stakeholders informed and engaged.
  • Process design & optimisation: Continuously refine onboarding processes to ensure efficiency and deliver an excellent customer experience.
  • Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Customer Success, Product, Marketing, Migrations, and other teams to define and align on project requirements.
  • Customer engagement: Serve as the primary contact for new customers during implementation, building strong relationships and managing scope, expectations, and queries.
  • Metrics & reporting: Develop and track KPIs to measure project success and identify areas for improvement. Provide clear communication on project status to peers, management, and leadership.
  • Documentation: Maintain resources such as workflow maps, templates, and process documentation to streamline implementations.

Candidate Profile

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager delivering software implementations in a B2B Saas environment – any Healthtech experience is advantageous
  • Strong background in managing large, multi-stakeholder projects for Enterprise Clients (clients that have 20+ licenses)
  • Experience in a scaling, fast paced organisation
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex requirements for diverse stakeholders.
  • Experience in requirements elicitation.
  • Familiarity with Managed Service Providers and outsourced developers.
  • Process-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Strong rapport-building and stakeholder management skills, including with C-suite leaders.
  • Data-driven approach to decision-making and process optimization.
  • Ability to thrive in a high-growth, fast-paced, and dynamic environment.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience in guiding teams and driving results.
