Working alongside Global Category Managers and Procurement Leadership, you'll provide actionable insight on key raw materials including cocoa, wheat, sugar and vegetable oils, helping the business manage market volatility and optimise purchasing strategies.

- Monitor global hedge positions, exposure reporting and governance compliance.
- Partner with senior procurement stakeholders on sourcing strategy and supplier negotiations.
- Support the continued digitisation of procurement through improved analytics, reporting and market intelligence tools.
- Present complex market analysis to senior commercial stakeholders across multiple international regions.
We're looking for someone with:

- Strong understanding of commodity price drivers, supply & demand fundamentals and global markets.
- Experience with commodity hedging and financial risk management.
- Knowledge of financial instruments including futures, options and swaps.
- Excellent quantitative and analytical skills with advanced Excel capability.
- Experience building forecasting, econometric or statistical models.
- The ability to translate complex market dynamics into clear commercial recommendations.
We'd especially like to hear from candidates currently working within:
