The ideal candidate will be ambitious, highly experienced and be a forward-thinking Lean practitioner or consultant. They must have a proven track record of successfully implementing Lean Methodology in the Manufacturing sector. To be successful in this role you will need to work alongside our clients to transfer knowledge and provide a hands-on approach to make real time and sustainable improvements.
Our background is in Lean methodologies with many of our consultants coming from Toyota, or directly through from healthcare, construction or manufacturing roles. Our mission is simple; to help every organisation we work with achieve operational excellence. We want to be the UK’s most effective operational improvement consultancy, and to achieve this, we need the very best talent available.
