This is a full-time, on-site Sales Manager role based in the London Area, United Kingdom. The Sales Manager will oversee and grow a portfolio of trade and project-based clients, including architects, designers, developers, contractors, and fabricators. Day-to-day responsibilities include:

  • Identifying new business opportunities
  • Managing the sales pipeline
  • Conducting client meetings and site visits
  • Preparing quotations and proposals for marble and natural stone products
  • Leading negotiations and closing deals
  • Coordinating closely with operations and logistics to ensure accurate order fulfillment and timely delivery
  • Monitoring market trends, competitor activity, and client feedback to refine sales strategies and support the company’s commercial goals
  • Mentoring or coordinating a small sales team
  • Representing the company at industry events, trade shows, and client presentations

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, account management, or business development, ideally within building materials, stone, interiors, or construction-related industries
  • Strong skills in lead generation, pipeline management, forecasting, and sales reporting using CRM or similar tools
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships with architects, designers, developers, contractors, and fabricators
  • Effective negotiation, presentation, and communication skills, with the ability to explain technical or product details clearly
  • Knowledge of or strong interest in marble, natural stone, or high-end finishes, including applications in residential and commercial projects
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfort working on-site and visiting client locations, project sites, and showrooms as needed within the London Area and occasionally beyond
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and familiarity with digital sales tools; experience with drawing review or basic plans is beneficial
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work both independently and collaboratively
