Devas Club in Battersea, London, is seeking a Deputy Youth Lead to shape and lead our Senior youth provision and drive our Digital Expansion Programme. You will work closely with the Youth Lead to deliver engaging, safe youth sessions and line manages Youth Workers, volunteers and activity facilitators.
The role combines hands‑on delivery (15 face‑to‑face hours weekly) with planning, outreach and programme development, including developing digital learning and safeguarding practices.
