Head of Organic Performance

About the Role: After over 5 years of continuous growth, winning numerous new accounts, the Head of Organic Performance will lead with authority, being responsible for new business pitches; high-level strategy; channel integration; proprietary technology; commercials and targets; building and maintaining relationships (internal & external); team development; plus, so much more to ensure departmental growth. You will be working across a wide range of sectors, from household finance, FMCG, travel, to energy and luxury automotive brands, with the opportunity to be involved with other brands across the agency and Omnicom.
