About The Role

We're looking for an eCommerce Senior Manager to join the eCommerce DTC team at Omnicom Media Group. The focus of this role is to provide eCommerce excellence to our Direct to Consumer (DTC) clients' brands on their brand.com websites, improve the shopper journey, and enhance discoverability and conversion.

Day-to-day responsibilities include:

  • Project managing DTC site performance audits spanning GA4/AA, UX, heuristics, and taxonomy;
  • Leading product feed audits and optimization to improve paid search and social shopping campaign performance;
  • Providing forecasts and operational recommendations for brands' DTC setups and retail channels such as Amazon and TikTok Shop.
