The role will be a mixture of hands‑on delivery of technical solutions, architecture responsibilities and helping the project team realise the vision of our client. Exact responsibilities will depend on the candidates selected. The technology stack is based around C# .Net with MongoDB and Angular UI, using Azure infrastructure. We would expect the developer to be proficient in the backend technologies including experience with deploying solutions onto client infrastructure. The successful applications will work alongside the existing UI Lead to meet the needs of all stakeholders. Familiarity with Agile, especially Scrum, will be beneficial, but the team is supported by an experienced Scrum Master who will be able to assist if candidates do not have recent Agile experience. The team is currently WFH. Longer‑term, occasional travel will be required for certain events such as sprint planning. There might be the requirement to occasionally visit the client site in Cambridgeshire or other MoD sites, although these visits are expected to be rare.
