Rose Villa is a registered Children's home. We support Children and Young People to build incredible futures by giving them opportunities, developing their life skills and personal interests.
The home is based in Nottingham and is within commuting distance from Mansfield, Derby and surrounding towns and villages. Our residential homes are friendly and fun, and though there are challenges too, everything we do is dedicated to creating rewarding experiences â for those we look after and for everyone in our team!
Our next Senior Residential Support Worker will be someone who has:
- Mandatory: Level 4 Apprenticeship for Children Young People and Families Practitioner qualified or NVQ equivalent.
- At least 1 year's hands on experience in a similar residential environment.
- A big heart and passion to make a difference to the residents' lives.
- Understanding that the people we care for can be challenging.
- Patience, resilience, and calmness.
- Become the "go to" person for help, support and guidance with their everyday needs.
- Willingness to learn only about the people we support, but the ins and outs of Children's Residential Care.
