CPM are looking for a Digital Operations Manager to join our team based in Thame on a fixed term basis. You will be responsible for supporting our Marketing Operations Executive and our Marketing Administrator in their day-to-day roles as well as delivering the overall operations function for our Shopt team.
£45k p/a pro rata, Full time Monday- Friday 9am-5.30pm, starting ASAP until April 2024. Ideal location: Thame, United Kingdom, OX9
This will include but is not limited to:
- Data analysis of customer claims
- Identifying any patterns and/or fraudulent activity in data sets
- Being the main contact for our external support team ensuring that any errors are communicated in a fast and accurate manner.
- Working with all internal stakeholders, holding meetings and ensuring all deadlines are met.
- Take ownership for the shopt administration system management
- Be an escalation point to all operational and reporting requirements for your team and their delivery.
