CPM are excited to be recruiting an experienced Area Sales Manager for our Asda Media Implementation team. Our team is responsible for over 170 Asda stores and work evening shifts between 8pm-8am in store. We are offering £30,900 per annum plus 10% company bonus scheme, company car, mileage, and other benefits. Full time Monday to Friday 0900 – 1730. Ideal location: Newcastle, United Kingdom, NE1. Please note: Candidates must live within a 30 mile radius of the above location as a maximum.

A typical week as an Area Sales Manager will include:
- Managing a team of part time Field Colleagues, whose role is to implement point of sale/media in line with the schedules provided by the Asda client.
- Managing the delivery of coverage and compliance KPI's.
- Ensuring each colleague has the training and tools (both physical and mental) to deliver the role in relation to implementation guidelines, contractual procedures and H&S guidelines.
- Working alongside the Training Manager to ensure that new colleagues receive the right onboarding training and support.
- Assessing and reviewing performance through store visits and reporting.
- Driving continuous improvement, through effective and timely reviews and discussions with both colleagues and store management teams.
- Supporting other Area Sales Managers, Training and Compliance Manager when needed (which may mean covering for absence).

What we need from you:
- Field management experience ideally within grocery.

- On day of implementation you will be required to work out of hours, on a rota basis. This can include working between 20:00 to 08:00. Rota - if working midnight one week will not do this the following week unless they want to. This will be either Wednesday or Thursday - TBC as day could change depending on client requirements.
