Shifts: Full time 40.00 Monday – Friday between 8:00am and 6:00pm.
Training Duration: 3 Weeks
The Role: The student recruitment team is the first point of contact for students (undertaking OU study and considering their next modules), and enquirers seeking information about OU study. Contact is primarily telephone, but with email, letter, webchat as necessary. Includes processing fee payments. Agents will be required to present a seamless, consistent experience to OU students and enquirers, helping OU achieve its student number targets. Team members need to be confident using the telephone, and confident working with complex systems and information as the role will make use of multiple databases to maintain student, company and enquirer details.
