We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to manage immigration-related administrative matters and provide support to senior management in our London office.
Responsibilities:
- Immigration & Sponsorship Management
- Prepare and coordinate Sponsor Licence application and supporting documentation
- Manage work visa sponsorship applications, renewals, and related immigration administrative matters
- Draft, review and maintain legal / business documents, contracts, policies, and internal compliance materials
- Liaise with external legal counsel, immigration advisers, and regulatory authorities where required
- Executive Administrative Support
- Provide administrative support to senior management including scheduling, meeting coordination, and ad hoc executive support as required
- Handle confidential correspondence, travel arrangements, and visa-related documentation
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law or a related discipline
- Proven experience in immigration support / global mobility, Executive Assistant, sponsor licence, or corporate compliance role
- Hands-on experience supporting Sponsor Licence applications and ongoing compliance management is highly desirable
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information professionally
- Proactive team player with ability to work independently
- Good command of written and spoken Chinese (Cantonese or Mandarin) and English preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and collaboration tools
Travel: Occasionally travel may be required
