We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to manage immigration-related administrative matters and provide support to senior management in our London office.

Responsibilities:

  • Immigration & Sponsorship Management
    • Prepare and coordinate Sponsor Licence application and supporting documentation
    • Manage work visa sponsorship applications, renewals, and related immigration administrative matters
    • Draft, review and maintain legal / business documents, contracts, policies, and internal compliance materials
    • Liaise with external legal counsel, immigration advisers, and regulatory authorities where required
  • Executive Administrative Support
    • Provide administrative support to senior management including scheduling, meeting coordination, and ad hoc executive support as required
    • Handle confidential correspondence, travel arrangements, and visa-related documentation

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law or a related discipline
  • Proven experience in immigration support / global mobility, Executive Assistant, sponsor licence, or corporate compliance role
  • Hands-on experience supporting Sponsor Licence applications and ongoing compliance management is highly desirable
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information professionally
  • Proactive team player with ability to work independently
  • Good command of written and spoken Chinese (Cantonese or Mandarin) and English preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and collaboration tools

Travel:

Occasionally travel may be required.
