We are seeking a proactive and hands-on Office Manager to oversee operations at our London office. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both Chinese and English, highly organised, and capable of managing administrative, operational, and compliance-related responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily office operations to ensure a smooth and efficient working environment
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with relevant UK regulations
- Liaise with external advisors, including legal and immigration consultants where necessary
- Coordinate international travel itineraries, and associated bookings
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
- Provide general administrative and operational support to the team
Requirements:
- Min. of 5 years’ experience in Office Manager or similar hands-on administrative role
- Experience with Sponsor Licence applications is a plus
- Familiarity with UK legal and regulatory frameworks is an advantage
- Team player with ability to work independently
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and collaboration tools
- Good command of both written and spoken Chinese and English is preferred
Employment type: full-time, 12-month fixed-term contract (with potential to renew based on performance)
