We are looking for a proactive and analytical Replenishment Clerk to join our warehouse operations team. This is a key role responsible for ensuring the right stock is in the right place at the right time, helping to maintain operational flow and maximise product availability.
A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE:
- Analyse historical demand, forecast data and operational trends from SAP and other systems to develop and maintain dynamic min/max replenishment parameters
- Monitor demand patterns, promotional activity, seasonal peaks and volume fluctuations, initiating manual replenishment activity where required to support product availability
- Support warehouse operations by ensuring the correct stock is available in picking locations to maintain efficient workflow
- Identify and resolve stock availability issues before they impact operational performance
- Maintain accurate replenishment settings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across inventory management processes
- Review reports within The View to monitor: Empty picking location availability, Demand for Days 1-7, Unassigned pick locations, Pick faces without demand

- Demonstrates strong analytical capability, using warehouse management systems, SAP, Microsoft Excel and reporting tools to interpret inventory and operational data
- Proactively monitors replenishment activity, inventory levels and demand forecasts, anticipating stock availability risks before they arise
- Is confident challenging existing replenishment parameters, pick-face settings and inventory management processes to drive continuous improvement
- Balances system-generated replenishment recommendations with operational judgement to optimise stock flow, improve inventory availability and minimise unnecessary warehouse movements
- Has excellent organisational skills and can manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced operational environment
