Pay Rate: £39,140.00 + O/T at x1.5 after 45 hours on a weekly basis.

Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time)

Shift patterns: Monday-Friday. Begins 06:00 Monday from home base.

Location: Goole, DN14 6BS

A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE:

  • Driving in a safe and efficient manner in line with Drivers' Hours and Working Time Directive regulations
  • Complying with our health and safety standards at all times, ensuring adherence to The Highway Code, road safety rules and vehicle regulations
  • Regular completion of vehicle checks
  • Driving to collection and delivery points, opening and closing curtains, and safely securing loads.
  • Nights out 4 nights a week.

THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO:

  • Hold a valid HGV Class 1 Driving Licence (C+E), Driver CPC Qualification and Digital Tachograph Card
  • Tramping experience desirable but not essential
  • 12 months experience desirable but not essential.
  • Have Curtain side experience
