We're now looking for a Warehouse First Line Manager to lead the day‑to‑day running of warehouse operations, driving performance, safety, and teamwork across the site.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Manage the day‑to‑day operations of a designated warehouse department, working collaboratively with other teams to maximise overall productivity.
- Oversee and promote a safe working environment, ensuring full compliance with Health & Safety standards and procedures.
- Delegate daily tasks effectively to direct reports, providing guidance, monitoring progress, and ensuring all deadlines are safely met within agreed timeframes.
- Monitor, analyse and report on KPIs, supporting management with insights to improve performance and operational efficiency.
- Ensure consistent delivery of high work standards by communicating expectations clearly and coordinating resource levels to meet operational demands.

- Proven experience in a similar role within a fast‑paced warehouse or complex supply chain environment.
- Demonstrated people management skills, with experience leading, coaching and developing teams.
- Strong IT literacy, including confident use of Microsoft Office and warehouse management systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage clearly at all levels.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining high standards.
