We're looking for a Stock & Admin Controller to play a key role in driving stock performance, supporting operational teams, and ensuring inventory remains accurate, visible, and well controlled throughout the supply chain.
A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE:
- Leading stock control activities to maintain high levels of stock accuracy and integrity
- Managing stock counts, reconciliations, and investigations into stock discrepancies
- Monitoring stock performance and identifying opportunities to improve processes and controls
- Supporting and developing Stock & Admin Clerks while providing guidance to operational teams
- Producing reports and communicating stock issues, availability risks, and corrective actions
THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO:
- Have experience in stock control, inventory management, or warehouse operations
- Are confident working with warehouse management systems and stock reporting tools
- Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail
- Enjoy identifying opportunities to improve processes, stock accuracy, and operational performance
- Have experience leading or supporting small teams, helping to drive high standards and achieve results
