You will contribute to improving bid quality, win performance and customer experience across the UK Internal project management; and Value position. Responsibilities outside of a typical Bid Management role that gives individuals an opportunity not just to apply best practice but to develop and upskill bid experts within the organisation. WHAT YOU'LL BRING Experience of managing complex bids, proposal and strategic pursuits and both private and public sector Experience of Supply Chain would be advantageous. Strong proposal writing, editing and storytelling capabilities. Experience in managing and creating bids, ideally gained within the Supply Chain or Logistics industry with or evidence of the key skillsets required attained through similar roles An understanding of a self-service bid tool and RFI database with the ability to manage and progress the evolution of both. Understanding of key functions - Solution Design, Operations and Finance in logistics - desirable. Strong written, verbal and presentation communication skills, and a proficient user of Microsoft Office, with advanced knowledge of Word, PowerPoint, ADOBE and Excel WHY JOIN US?
