WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Managing a safe operation and role model a Safety-First Culture with all individuals in the operation by applying and improving the Safety Standards.
- Ensure that Standard Operational Procedures (SOP) and Work Instructions (WI) of operational processes are up to date, available at relevant place for employees and that employees are working according to the standard established & Safe Systems of work SSOW are up to date & available.
- Conduct regular reviews with shift manager on operational performance and delivery against agreed KPI's.
- Management of the daily operation to ensure we meet our commitments to both customer & our own internal processes.
- Understand the root causes of performance results and set actions with your direct reports and Shift Manager for improving the results.
- Track your operations performance and understand deviations with your direct reports, supporting with the necessary resources.
THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO
- Minimum 12 months warehouse operations experience.
- Experience in team management.
- Sustainability & Health and Safety Awareness.
- IT literate MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent communicator - verbal and written.
Successful candidates must undergo an Access NI basic check, a criminal record will not necessarily be a bar to obtaining a position.
