About the Role
We’re now looking for a Transport First Line Manager (Secondment) to play a key role in our transport operations. In this pivotal role, you will lead our dynamic team to achieve excellence and drive success throughout our transport network.
Responsibilities
- To be a 21st Century Manager leading and managing drivers and the wider Transport Team
- Responsible for the safe, legal and efficient execution of transport operations during a duty shift to customer SLA's/KPI's
- To schedule, prepare and conduct monthly 1-2-1's with all direct reports in line with OMS guidelines
