Responsibilities
- Provide UK Training Application Support for business systems (CW1, EDM, GSConnect)
- Deliver training sessions for operators (face-to-face and virtual)
- Create and maintain training materials, guides, and local work instructions
- Provide day-to-day operator support, including issue investigation and troubleshooting
- Ensure users understand correct system processes and best practices
- Drive continuous improvement using First Choice tools
- Assist with system testing, enhancement requests, and change implementation
- Build and maintain relationships with product, Finance, CDZ, and other stakeholders
Key requirements
- Experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain
- Knowledge of CargoWise One preferred
- Able to collaborate with Country, Regional, and Global teams
- Strong analytical skills with clear data presentation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Curious and eager to learn new systems
- Proactive with ownership mindset
- Independent worker and strong team player
