Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a regional sales cluster and field sales team
- Retain existing customers and maximise new business opportunities
- Ensure local targets are met or exceeded
- Implement country Sales Plans, Sales Strategy and Sales Budget in the territory
- Set strategic growth and profitability objectives for the region
- Produce a Sales Force Activity/Business Plan and contribute to annual plans and budgets
