We're looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager - Marketing Technology to join our European Marketing team and play a pivotal role in transforming how we measure, optimise and accelerate digital performance across multiple European markets. This is a 100% office-based role located in Colnbrook, providing a highly collaborative environment where you'll work closely with senior stakeholders, country marketing teams, IT specialists and digital experts from across Europe. The nature of the role requires regular face-to-face interaction, real-time problem solving and close partnership with colleagues to continuously enhance our digital marketing capability.

Working closely with the Head of Digital Marketing for the UK & Europe, you'll help establish a centre of excellence for digital measurement, reporting and optimisation, supporting both global and local digital initiatives that drive customer acquisition, lead generation and revenue growth.
What You'll Be Doing
As our Martech Digital Marketing Manager, you'll be responsible for building and evolving a best-in-class measurement framework across Europe, helping us understand the true impact of our digital marketing investment. You'll:
- Develop and implement a unified measurement strategy across multiple European markets.
- Establish robust conversion tracking frameworks across digital sales, lead generation, retail and customer service channels.
- Create insightful dashboards and reporting solutions using Power BI, Looker Studio and other data visualisation tools.
- Analyse large datasets from websites, paid media, CRM platforms, finance systems and customer touchpoints to identify opportunities for growth.
- Measure and optimise key marketing performance metrics including ROAS, CPC, CPL and conversion rates.
- Provide actionable recommendations that improve marketing effectiveness and customer acquisition performance.
- Work closely with country marketing teams to improve digital measurement maturity and capability across Europe.
- Support website enhancement projects, including requirements gathering, testing, deployment and post-launch measurement validation.
- Ensure GDPR compliance and data governance standards are maintained across all marketing technologies and tracking implementations.
- Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, helping them make smarter decisions through data and insights.
- Identify opportunities to leverage marketing automation and audience segmentation to enhance customer experience and drive revenue growth.
What We're Looking For
We're seeking an analytical and commercially-minded digital marketing professional who thrives at the intersection of technology, data and marketing.
Essential Experience
- 6+ years' experience in marketing analytics, digital measurement, Martech or a related discipline.
- Strong hands-on experience with Google Analytics and/or Adobe Analytics.
- Experience with Google Tag Manager and/or Adobe Launch.
- Experience working with conversion tracking and attribution frameworks.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, lead generation and performance marketing.
- Experience creating dashboards and reports in Power BI, Looker Studio or similar platforms.
- Hands-on experience with Data Layer design and extraction.
- Experience working with CMS and CRM platforms.
- Familiarity with Consent Management Platforms and privacy-compliant data collection practices.
Technical Skills
- JavaScript knowledge and experience working with website tracking implementations.
- HTML and CSS proficiency.
- Basic knowledge of SQL and/or Python.
- Experience with marketing automation platforms such as Marketo or Dynamics 365.
- Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills.
