We're now looking for a Planning First Line Manager to lead and oversee the Planning team across the UK Inbound operation, ensuring timely collections are planned for all UK vendors.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Lead the Planning team and play a key role in the development of people and processes across the account areas. Your leadership will inspire and motivate our team to reach new heights!
  • Streamline Processes: Lead and support the Vendor Communication team to ensure collections are agreed and planned for the following day.
  • Bring together the Inbound and Outbound operations to create synergies and cost savings.
  • Monitor Performance: Track key performance indicators and drive continuous improvement initiatives to meet and exceed our goals.
  • Foster Collaboration: Build a strong team culture that values communication, accountability and teamwork. Together, we'll achieve great results!
  • Ensure strong and effective relationships are maintained with both customer and account team.

THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO

  • Experience with Transport and route planning.
  • Have previous team supervisor/management experience.
  • Experience using the Paragon Planning tool is desirable.
  • Have a strategic mindset and a passion for problem-solving.
  • You're a natural leader with excellent communication skills, able to inspire and engage your team.
