Do you thrive on using data to solve operational challenges and drive continuous improvement? As our Replenishment Manager, you'll be responsible for optimising inventory flow, improving stock availability and ensuring replenishment activities support customer demand as efficiently as possible. Combining analytical expertise with operational insight, you'll play a vital role in enhancing warehouse performance, reducing waste and delivering exceptional service to our customers.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Lead the optimisation of warehouse replenishment processes through the effective management of pick-face inventory settings within Blue Yonder, ensuring stock is available to meet customer demand while maximising operational efficiency.
  • Analyse historical demand, forecast data, and operational trends from SAP and other systems to develop and maintain dynamic min/max replenishment parameters that support changing business requirements.
  • Proactively monitor demand patterns, promotional activity, seasonal peaks and volume fluctuations, initiating manual replenishment activity where required to protect service levels and product availability.
  • Drive continuous improvement of replenishment strategies by reducing unnecessary stock movements, operator travel and replenishment frequency, improving overall warehouse productivity and cost efficiency.
  • Manage replenishment performance within a capacity-constrained warehouse environment, ensuring inventory is positioned in the right location at the right time through intelligent stock management and data-driven decision making.

  • Demonstrates advanced analytical capability, using warehouse management systems, Microsoft Excel and reporting tools to interpret complex inventory, replenishment and demand data, identifying trends and implementing data-driven solutions.
  • Proactively monitors replenishment activity, inventory levels and demand forecasts, anticipating stock availability risks, demand spikes and operational constraints before they impact customer service or warehouse performance.
  • Confident in challenging existing replenishment parameters, pick-face settings and inventory management processes, using system insights and operational data to drive continuous improvement.
  • Effectively utilises Microsoft Excel, Power BI and warehouse management system reporting to analyse replenishment performance, communicate inventory risks and present actionable recommendations to operational and senior stakeholders.
  • Balances system-generated replenishment recommendations with operational judgement, making informed decisions to optimise stock flow, improve inventory availability and minimise unnecessary warehouse movements.
