This is a dual-role position where you will be responsible for leading a team on the packaging line while also actively working alongside colleagues to ensure daily production targets, quality standards, and customer requirements are achieved. As a key member of the operation, you will set the standard for performance, safety, and teamwork, providing support and guidance to operatives while maintaining productivity on the line.
