The Global Recruiting & Onboarding Process Tower Expert plays a key role in shaping, governing, and continuously improving DHL Supply Chain's recruitment and onboarding processes on a global scale. This is not an operational recruitment role; instead, it is focused on the design, optimisation, and standardisation of end-to-end recruiting and onboarding processes, ensuring they are efficient, scalable, compliant, and aligned with business needs.
Combining process expertise, systems knowledge, data analysis, and digital capability, the role drives process excellence through continuous improvement, automation, governance, and user adoption initiatives. Working closely with HR teams, IT, product owners, and external vendors, the successful candidate will identify opportunities to enhance ways of working, maximise technology investment, and deliver consistent, technology-enabled recruitment and onboarding experiences across the global business. Through a strong focus on process management rather than direct hiring activity, the role helps create sustainable, future-ready solutions that support organisational growth and operational efficiency.
Your key accountabilities include:
- Experience in HR, business process improvement, project management, or HR systems environments.
- Strong understanding of process design, process optimisation, and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills, with the ability to assess business requirements, identify underlying process needs and translate them into practical process designs.
- Knowledge of HR technology and recruitment systems, ideally Oracle Cloud, Phenom, or Avature.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence across regions and functions.
- Experience supporting projects, process change initiatives, UAT, implementation, or digital transformation activities.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and root cause analysis capabilities.
