You'll support the execution of reward strategies, manage key compensation and benefits activities, champion change initiatives, and collaborate with the C&B Lead to ensure our programmes remain competitive, compliant and aligned to business needs.If this sounds like a team, you'd like to join … keep reading.Your key accountabilities include:Contributing to key priorities, projects and continuous improvement initiatives.Including annual salary reviews, short-term and long-term incentive plans, compensation recommendations, and individual employee compensation changes.Including role evaluation using the DPDHL Job Architecture, compensation benchmarking, and guidance to HRBPs, leaders and stakeholders on C&B policies, principles and decisions.Partnering with HR Operations and Talent teams to maintain accurate records, support annual review cycles, and optimise system utilisation.To support business decision-making, workforce planning and the development of compensation and benefits strategies.To ensure consistent application and communication of compensation and benefits practices across Global Functions, CDO & RES, while providing operational support and cover for the C&B Lead as required.What are we looking for from you?Bachelor’s Degree or working towards university degree.Strong experience in C&B or HRHR/C&B certificationExperience of Mercer IPE Grading methodology (preferable)What you'll need to do next?If you have a proven track record of achievement to match the requirements for this role and you are looking for your next career move, simply apply online ensuring that a full up to date CV is attached with your application.We will ensure that all our resourcing activities are fair, transparent, and consistent across the Globe.
