The Training, Application & Support Specialist plays a pivotal role in delivering training and driving process improvements that underpin our operations. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a freight forwarding or logistics background who enjoys combining training, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement. Working across the UK business, you will empower users through high-quality training, provide expert application support, champion continuous improvement initiatives, and contribute to system enhancements that drive operational excellence, standardisation, and user adoption.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide UK Training Application Support for business system (not limited to) CargoWise One (CW1), Electronic Document Management (EDM) and GSConnect.
- Deliver training sessions for operators, both face-to-face and virtually.
- Create, review and maintain training materials, user guides and local work instructions.
- Provide day-to-day support to operators including investigating issues and carrying out troubleshooting.
- Support users in understanding correct system processes and best practice.
- Drive continuous improvement within the operations using First Choice tools.
- Assist with system testing, enhancement requests and change implementation activities.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with the wider product, and support functions such as Finance, CDZ, and other key stakeholders.
Skills and Experience:
- Experience working with logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain industry.
- Knowledge of CargoWise One is preferred.
- Able to work effectively with Country, Regional and Global teams.
- Good analytical skills with the ability to present data clearly and concisely to different audiences.
- Strong communications and interpersonal skills.
- Curious and eager to learn new systems and processes.
- Proactive and willing to take ownership.
- Able to work independently while also being a strong team player.

HOURS/SHIFT PATTERN: 37.5 hours per week
