WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Lead and manage day-to-day warehouse operations, ensuring all inbound, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch activities run efficiently and on time.
  • Supervise, support, and develop warehouse teams, setting clear expectations, monitoring performance, and driving engagement and productivity.
  • Ensure strict compliance with health & safety regulations, company policies, and operational procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as productivity, accuracy, cost control, and service levels, implementing improvements where needed.
  • Work closely with transport, inventory, and senior management teams to resolve operational issues, plan workloads, and ensure smooth end-to-end supply chain flow.

  • Strong leadership and people management skills, with at least 1 year of experience managing or supervising a team in a warehouse or logistics environment.
  • Good operational planning and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise workloads and manage fast-paced warehouse activity.
  • Strong knowledge of health & safety regulations and a proactive approach to maintaining a safe and compliant working environment.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve issues quickly and coordinate across teams.
  • Good numerical and analytical skills, with the ability to monitor KPIs, interpret data, and drive continuous improvement in performance and efficiency.
