WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Manage warehouse order flow, ensuring outbound orders are allocated, monitored, and delivered in line with customer requirements and dispatch deadlines.
- Investigate and resolve operational issues, including stock discrepancies, short shipments, outbound errors, and automation faults.
- Support labour and operational planning, including workforce allocation, Kronos administration, and trailer planning.
- Coordinate inbound activity, maintaining schedules, monitoring stock flow, and resolving inbound enquiries and discrepancies.
- Produce operational reports and maintain key trackers, providing performance data and management information to support decision-making and continuous improvement.

- Have warehouse, logistics, or supply chain experience, with strong administrative and organisational skills.
- Have Warehouse Management System (WMS) experience, with confidence using operational systems and managing data accurately.
- Have automation experience, with the ability to identify and investigate system or process issues.
- Possess strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to resolve problems, produce reports, and work effectively with stakeholders.
