We're looking for an experienced Account Manager to join our Derby operation.
Acting as the key link between our customer and DHL operations teams, you'll play a critical role in driving service excellence, identifying growth opportunities and ensuring operational performance exceeds expectations.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong supply chain background, ideally within retail logistics, who enjoys building relationships, solving complex challenges and delivering measurable results.
A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVEActing as the primary point of contact between DHL and the customer, building trusted and professional relationships.
Reviewing operational performance and service KPIs, identifying trends and driving improvement actions.
Leading customer meetings, performance reviews and quarterly business reviews to discuss service delivery and future opportunities.
Working closely with operational managers to ensure customer requirements are understood and consistently delivered.
Resolving customer escalations, coordinating stakeholders and ensuring issues are followed through to successful resolution.
Identifying opportunities for growth, additional services and continuous improvement initiatives across customer accounts.
Analysing data and performance reports to uncover insights that improve service, efficiency and commercial performance.
