DHL, an award-winning leading supply chain business, is seeking HGV C+E Day Drivers to play a vital role in our distribution service.
WHAT DOES THE ROLE ENTAIL?
- Work pattern 4 on 4 off - based on 42 hours - normally 12 hour shift but can be 13 or 14 hour shifts
- Start times available: 02:00 and 21:00
- Duties are delivery of drinks cans, all palletised, to plants located in Sidcup, Tiverton, Maygor, Hereford etc.
- Backhaul collections to other DHL Supply Chain sites
- Drive in a safe and efficient manner in line with Drivers' Hours and Working Time Directive regulations
- Comply with our health and safety standards at all times, ensuring adherence to The Highway Code, road safety rules and vehicle regulations
WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU?
- You will hold a valid HGV Class 1 Driving Licence (C+E), Driver CPC Qualification and Digital Tachograph Card
- You will live locally to DIRFT, Daventry NN6 7GW
- Have a MINIMUM of 6 months LGV C+E commercial experience
- Be happy working a 4 on 4 off shift pattern
