Shift patterns: Working Monday to Friday, 6am-2pm & 2pm-10pm on rotation

We're looking for motivated and reliable Co-Pack Operatives to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who enjoy hands-on work in a fast-paced production environment.

Unlike a traditional warehouse role, this position is primarily focused on production line and co-packing activities, ensuring products are processed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards in line with customer requirements.

A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE:

  • Carrying out co-pack and production tasks as directed by Team Leaders and Supervisors
  • Working on production and conveyor lines to meet customer requirements and productivity targets
  • Removing products from packaging for rework and repacking finished products at the end of the production line
  • Running down production lines, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow
  • Conducting quality checks to ensure products meet required standards
  • Following standard operating procedures and safe working practices at all times
  • Supporting e-commerce operations with picking, packing and put-away activities when required
