Building strong relationships with customers, conducting business reviews and identifying opportunities for growth. Reviewing operational and financial performance, using data and insight to drive continuous improvement. Coaching and developing your leadership team, creating a culture of engagement, accountability and high performance. Leading site development, lean initiatives and improvement projects to enhance productivity and efficiency. Working with key stakeholders to deliver strategic priorities, customer requirements and long-term business objectives.
