The primary purpose of the Senior Specialist Release and Requirements Management is to support the smooth and continuous run of the DHL.COM digital platform. You will be responsible for release management as well as supporting the implementation of change requests up to their realization together with our respective technology providers.

What’s your role:

  • Lead the overall release process together with internal/external technology partners
  • Communicate throughout the entire release process to stakeholders
  • Prepare required decisions around the release process (e.g. hotfixes) for management
  • Improve the release process by further automating tasks and recommending process changes whilst keeping the quality of releases up
  • Collect change requests/requirements for members of the Digital Experience Platform from various teams and stakeholders (BUs, countries) across the Group
  • Support in the organization, clustering (e.g. content, technical features, etc.) and prioritizing backlog with team members
  • Support in the continuous improvement of Platform Delivery processes
  • Support in the communication of platform backlog, roadmap planning and release notes to stakeholder community
  • Create and maintain test automation suites
  • Provide technical support to DHL content editorial community

What We’re Looking For:

  • At least 2-3 years of experience in a relevant field
  • University degree in IT, Digital Marketing, Business Administration or similar
  • Ideally, knowledge and understanding of website technologies and CMS (Adobe AEM preferred)
  • Experience in writing and managing requirements as well as follow-through of delivery through Quality assurance processes.
  • Experience in engaging stakeholders and working with third parties (e.g. agencies)
  • Being able to talk to business and IT, without the need to be an IT specialist
  • Good organizational and project management skills; detail-oriented
  • Understanding of DHL Group, its customers and its products is preferable
  • Good communication skills and proactive behavior
  • Excellent written and spoken business English.
