Overview
In this role you will oversee and support colleagues on HR matters within DHL’s aviation contract. You will report to the Airside Performance Manager and ensure compliance, standards, and effective communication across teams. You’ll manage incidents, investigations, and daily trackers while driving performance and efficiency in an airport environment. The role offers exposure to changeable conditions and a focus on safety, processes, and continuous improvement. This is a hands-on leadership position at a global logistics leader, with a strong emphasis on collaboration and results.

Responsibilities
- Oversee and support colleagues in HR matters
- Report to the Airside Performance Manager and collaborate with local teams
- Ensure compliance and standards, plan required meetings
- Manage OMS and key tools to improve working practices
- Build relationships and maintain clear communication
- Conduct investigations and handle safety-related inquiries
- Adapt to changing work environment and incidents/accidents/GSRs/CSRs
- Maintain daily trackers, call logs, handovers, and investigations
- Drive performance and efficiency in an operational setting
